Open Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key and typing "cmd". Click on Command Prompt to open it.
In the Command Prompt window, type “ping google.com” to test the network latency.
Press Enter to initiate the ping test.
Wait for the command to complete. The average response time (in milliseconds) will be displayed after the ping test finishes, showing the latency between your computer and Google's servers.
After completing the task, stop the screen recording to capture the full process.
The screen recording will be automatically saved to Documents > DuckTrack Recordings on your local machine.
Open the Paradigm Shift AI portal in your browser, locate and click the “Select video file” button, which will prompt the file manager pop-up.
Navigate to the ‘DuckTrack Recordings’ folder, select the relevant screen recording file, and confirm the upload to associate it with the task.
