Open Adobe Acrobat (either Reader or Pro) on your computer
On the main home screen, look for "Recent" files or click "My Computer" → then click "Browse" to open the PDF you want to sign.
With your PDF open, locate the right-hand sidebar (or top toolbar) and click on “Fill & Sign.” If you don’t see it, click “All Tools” and then search or scroll to find “Fill & Sign.”
Once inside Fill & Sign, click “Sign” from the toolbar at the top → then choose “Add Signature.”
Choose how to create your signature: Type your name and pick a style. Draw using your mouse or touchpad. Upload an image of your signature.
Click “Apply.” Then click anywhere in the PDF where you want to place your signature.
Move and resize the signature if necessary.
To save your signed PDF, click the floppy disk icon on the top toolbar, or use Ctrl + S to save.
Stop the screen recording once the task summary is complete.
Open the Paradigm Shift AI portal in your browser, locate and click the “Select video file” button. The recording will be saved automatically to Documents > DuckTrack Recordings on your local machine. When the file manager pop-up appears, navigate to the 'DuckTrack Recordings' folder, select the relevant screen recording file, and confirm the upload to associate it with the task.
